The Coca-Cola Company Senior Manager, SAP FI/CO in Sofia, Bulgaria
The Senior Manager, SAP FI/CO will be part of the IT team that supports the Finance organization globally. Leveraging both your comprehensive SAP-related experience, you will play a critical role in leading and managing the end-to-end design from initial requirements gathering to deployment, including solution design, configuration, testing, training, and post go-live support. You will proactively make recommendations to management based on cost/benefit findings and latest available product updates. Individual contributor with comprehensive knowledge in specific area; ability to execute highly complex or specialized projects.
What You'll Do for Us:
Translate business needs and change requests into a conceptual, logical, and physical architecture design of а solution, including coordinating the technical teams needed to deliver the design, including information security.
Ensure the architecture design is aligned to the conventions and standards in place. Proactively identifies and addresses technical strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats across the application landscape.
Mange design, configuration and testing of the required solution to meet business requirements.
Coordinate execution and implementation of approved projects within area of responsibility in order to execute tactical and strategic business plans
Orchestrate the deployment of resources (e.g., people, infrastructure, financial, informational) from Coca-Cola (e.g., client, internal service providers) and third parties in order to ensure successful project completion
Continuously learn and extend your expertise with new technologies, data domains, business processes.

*Qualifications & Requirements: *
5+ years configuration experience in SAP FI/CO with knowledge in SAP S/4 Central Finance
5+ years of experience managing and delivering mission-critical, high-availability large and small IT development projects using structured project management and system development methodologies.
Strong interpersonal skills, collaborative problem-solving skills, ability to listen to and understand needs across diverse stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Familiarity with S/4HANA Analytical Apps, S/4 Embedded Analytics concepts
