The Role:

The Sales Support will be responsible to coordinate and provide administrative support to the The Global Sales & Personal Development Academy, programs and systems in an assigned functional area, geography or business line. May assist in the design and administration of a variety of learning processes/systems.

Essential Functions:

Provide administrative support of the learning management system and programs in assigned functional area. This may include, but is not limited to, the following responsibilities: conference room scheduling, equipment scheduling, conference call scheduling, equipment maintenance, material reproduction, and assessment compilation.

Organize and supervise the production of materials. May work with outside vendors as the primary point of contact.

• Assist the Facilitators with ensuring the materials are standardized and distributed to all appropriate locations.

Coordinate the acquisition and distribution of support materials (e.g., department supplies) to all appropriate locations with guidance from the management staff.

Maintain and/or initiate communications, as directed, with other relevant Sales Enablement partners and enhance synergy for the overall program.

• Provide customer service.

Our Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• High School Diploma or equivalent Req

2-3 years experience in an office environment or within a Training Development function

• Equivalent combination of education, training or experience Req

• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications, Learning Management Systems (advantage)

• Good interpersonal and organizational skills

• Good Listening skills

• Good problem-solving, skills

Good verbal and written communication skills

Good attention to detail

• Ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple projects

Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationship with co-workers, managers and colleagues in different time zones (US, APAC)
