Position Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented and initiative person for the position of Junior Brand Manager Mixes, to join our team in Sofia.

A Day in the Life of a Junior Brand Manager Mixes:

  • Builds understanding of local reality in the countries of responsibility (e.g. micro/macro prospects, competition, trade), follow-up of the market/category/ consumer/shopper data, runs ad-hoc consumer researches and undertakes business trips to complete the insights for further coffee business growth;

  • Leads the timely local strategy and brand plans in cooperation with the local commercial teams and in accordance to Zone/SEE strategies, actively participates in the regular business reviews and dynamic forecasts, sharing most recent business / category insights;

  • Follow up and manages the Brand/Product/SKU performance and supervises the local executions, sets pricing strategies for the portfolio, manages local SKU optimizations;

  • Participates in or lead SEE or local projects for Renovations and Innovations (I2L system), ensure respective cross functional alignments and support (CDT, FICO, QA, RSA), coordinates with producing factories. Plans and organizes complex calendar activities per market, communicates effectively with all functions to ensure smooth execution of all brand initiatives;

  • Leads the end-to-end local media process (ex. strategy, briefing, plans approval, post-evaluation analyses & learning sharing), ensures best-in-class media assets creation and coordination of agencies for most effective media campaigns. - - BTL: develops design directions for the Point-of-Sales Materials and ensures correct branding in-store; organizes samplings, events and PR activities with respective agencies. Own assets: follow-up performance and develops activities on respective web sites and social media accounts, coordinate digital agencies;

  • Ensures on-time PFME investment planning and monthly controls for accuracy of the PFME spent, performs PFME Pre and Post evaluations;

  • Ensures marketing and product knowledge transfers and presentations for respective internal (ex. CES, QA, Sales, etc.) and external (ex. Distributors, Agencies, etc.) stakeholders

What will make you successful:

  • 1-2 years of marketing, commercial, corporate communications and /or CDT experience

  • Fluent in English

  • You're analytical and you're capable of working in dynamic environment

  • You have developed communication, organizational and time management skills

  • You have developed project managements skills and an eye for detail

  • You are initiative, curious, creative and good team player
