This position offers an optional hybrid work schedule, with three days working in the office and two days working remotely.

We are looking for an outgoing, creative, and driven person who enjoys connecting with new people and helping candidates find their dream job. In this role, you will create and implement Talent Acquisition strategies while partnering with our hiring managers to source and hire the best talent for their teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build talent pipelines with high-quality candidates utilizing innovative sourcing strategies to meet business needs and objectives.
• Partner with hiring managers to identify skillsets and competencies needed and guide them through the recruitment process.
• Assess candidate qualifications, conduct phone and personal interviews, facilitate a positive candidate experience, provide recommendations on the most qualified candidates, and participate in salary and offer considerations.
• Establish and maintain relationships with local universities, community organizations, and industry partners to help drive our employment brand.

We are looking for candidates with:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, marketing, or related field.
• Previous experience in Talent Acquisition or Human Resources strongly preferred.
• Strong hunter mentality with the ability to initiate contact and build relationships with candidates.
• Ability to facilitate full lifecycle recruitment through networking, sourcing, screening, and selection.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Desire to learn and stay current with effective recruiting and selection strategies.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
