What youll do:

Position title: SAP iXp Intern Solution Adoption Insights Data Analyst

Location: So Leopoldo, RS, Brazil - hybrid

In this role, you will be part of the Customer Advocacy team and support our global Customer Success Partners (CSPs) by building best-in-class customer experiences. Focused on Solution Adoption, the intern/work student will support at least one of the various lines of business: S/4HANA Cloud, Digital Supply Chain, and HANA Enterprise Cloud.

The core deliverables include, but are not limited to:

Solution Adoption

  • Help Customer Success Team in the fields of process improvement, project management and communication strategy

  • Build data reports, dashboard, presentations and data analysis tasks

  • Develop Metrics standard to drive usage and consumptions for Cloud Solutions

Operation Support

  • Collect, clean and process large quantities of data

  • Navigate through different data tools to ensure delivered business outcomes

  • Develop tools and SOP to help scale and increase the business insights

Stakeholder Management

  • Collaborate across teams to deliver information, resources, and best practices

  • Engage and align with Customer Success Partners, Product and Solution Managers, Marketing and Analytics Teams

Key responsibilities will relate to:

  • Customer Tracking

  • Customer Relationship Management

  • Customer Insight Harvesting

  • Customer Engagement Meeting Asset Creation

  • Data management and analytics

What you bring:

Required

Were looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

You are a currently enrolled student at a university in Technology or Commerce related bachelor's degree (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Management Information System (MIS) or Business Technology Management).

  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken in English.

  • Team-oriented with a self-starter attitude, demonstrating the ability to work with minimal supervision.

  • Proficiency in synthesizing and analyzing large data sets, coupled with a creative and pragmatic problem-solving approach.

  • Passionate about technology and business.

Top skills or competencies:

  • Strong Relationship/Interpersonal skills

  • Adeptness in data analysis and Excel,

  • Understand and code in Python,

  • Data Management skills,

  • Demonstrated Self Starter

  • Strong written communication skills (email, PPT, case studies)
