The Legal Intern will assist with implementation of contract management system and development and support of systems and processes in support of legal department. Responsibilities Help manage implementation of contract management system. Operationalize contract management processes. Help manage corporate minute books and other corporate documents. Assist with development/improvement of contract templates. Assist with negotiation of NDAs/BAAs and other similar contracts. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree. 1st year law student or interested in attending law school. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Interest in project management and developing skills. Interest in the medical device industry and a desire to contribute to healthcare solutions.
