Why work at Spacelabs? Because lives depend on you! Spacelabs Healthcare is seeking an Enterprise Integration Manager (EIM) to join their team. The EIM position provides implementation services for the customer installation of the Spacelabs product. This position serves as a technical liaison with customers. The hired candidate will work from his/her/their home office. The EIM will develop expert-level knowledge of Spacelabs IT products in multiple deployment scenarios. The EIM has broad responsibility over customer deployments, including (but not limited to) project calls with customers, IT sales support, proprietary application consultation, remote software application installation, HL7 interface configurations and troubleshooting. Key success indicators are generation of revenue through superior IT service, and the enhancement of the perception of Spacelabs Healthcare, particularly with the hospital's IT department. This job is fully remote, but the employee must reside within the United States. Responsibilities Remotely install Windows-based applications onto hospital owned infrastructure. This includes new installations, adding on modules, and software upgrades. Provide consultation to customers for Spacelabs IT products. Effectively communicate client installation requirements. Assist customer with installation in various deployment scenarios using various technologies including Citrix, Terminal Services, System Management Server, System Center Configuration Manager, etc. Advise customers on hardware specifications required for successful deployment of Spacelabs products. Maintain expert-level knowledge of applicable Healthcare Information Technology (HIT) interface technologies. Examples include HL7, JSON, Mirth, Connexall, Vocera, AirStrip, print servers, etc. Provide administrative training to customers and internal groups. Provide technical troubleshooting expertise to the customers. Provide top-tier troubleshooting support for software products. Work closely with the Sales staff to set proper expectations for the installations and upgrades. Comply with customer requirements for outage windows and downtime. On occasion, flexible hours are expected in order to accommodate customer installations nationwide. Educate customer IT staff regarding proper requirements and implementation of the Spacelabs products. Occasional training of customer staff and subcontractors may be required. Effectively articulate to our customers' requirements for a safe, reliable and secure deployment of Spacelabs products. Ensure good stewardship of company resources. Document configuration changes and project work in near real time. Maintain pristine customer configuration records. Qualifications Must have Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience and training. 5+ years technical experience with network management concepts and associated technologies. 5+ years technical experience with Interfacing with HL7.<
