Job Title: Construction Estimator
Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Construction Estimator to estimate and bid on projects within the 10-15M range. Our project portfolio typically consists of commercial projects in the local Seattle area (retail TI's, some tribal work) as well as ground-up structures affiliated with railroad facilities.
Hard Skills
5 to 7 years experience in bidding and estimating on commercial construction projects
5 to 7 years experience in successfully bidding ground-up construction projects in the 10M-15M range
Bachelors' Degree in construction management or related field preferred
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 12 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Arlington, Texas and some days remote.
Work Environment
Join our small but dynamic office team consisting of 2 Lead Project Managers, 1 Project Manager, and 1 Estimator. Our office is located in Snoqualmie, WA. You may be required to travel occasionally to out of state projects - typically not more than monthly and usually overnight.
