Robert Half Full Charge Bookkeeper in Snohomish, Washington
Description
Our client is seeking a self-motivated, fast-paced, organized and detail-oriented full charge bookkeeper responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, handling transactions, balancing ledgers, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
Responsibilities:
Manage all aspects of the accounting process, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger entries, and payroll processing.
Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets for client associations.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Coordinate with property managers and board members to address financial inquiries and provide support as needed.
Ensure compliance with HOA regulations, tax requirements, and other financial obligations.
Assist with annual audits and tax filings.
Continuously evaluate and improve accounting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
The salary range for this position is $75,000 to $90,000 + discretionary profit sharing bonus.

Requirements
For this role, your background should include:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent work experience related field is preferred.
Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role, preferably in property management or HOA environment.
Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong understanding of general accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HOA regulations and procedures is a plus.
