The LEGO Group has an exciting opportunity to join the Western Europe Analytics and Insights (A&I) team partnering with the UK & Ireland (UK&I) business unit. This is a great opportunity for a team player who is curious about data, passionate about business and eager to drive insights.

Internship Eligibility:

  • Internship Dates: 14th July 2025 to 24th July 2026. This paid internship is full-time (37.5h/week), based in our Slough office (minimum 3 days/week on site).

  • Candidates must be 18+ years of age (at the time of contract starting on 14th July 2024) and have the right to work in the UK for the full duration of the internship.

  • Candidates must be enrolled (at the time of application) in higher education or an equivalent training program/scheme/course and seeking new career experiences.

Core Responsibilities

  • Support the UK&I A&I lead on reporting and analysis tasks.

  • Ownership of consumer sales data ingestion and quality in an efficient way.

  • Reporting of Key performance indicators (KPIs): internal business KPIs and Toy Market.

  • Weekly analysis of business performance to make recommendations to the UK&I business units (Sales, Marketing, Operations).

  • Collaboration across departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations), answering their business questions and providing insights for growth opportunities.

  • Work closely with colleagues across the Western Europe A&I team to understand and apply best practises for practises related to data ingestion.

Play your part in our team succeeding

Your role will be supporting the UK&I analytics and insights lead with data ingestion processes, ensuring the total business is able to understand and evaluate performance. You will be an enabler for key data driven business decisions as well as facilitating weekly reviews of business performance.

Do you have what it takes?

  • You have experience with data manipulation and are able to analyse large data sets providing data-based insights and recommendations.

  • Interest in commercial environments (brands and manufacturers), with a data twist.

  • Excellent Microsoft Excel and Office Skills.

  • A team player with strong communication skills, both written and verbal (proficiency in English).

  • A can-do attitude paired with strong organisation abilities and attention to detail.
