Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Manager/Supervisor to join our team in SLC, Utah, 84111, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing major accounting functions within our organization. Your focus will be on managing accounting software systems, maintaining financial records, and ensuring all accounting operations align with our business goals.
Responsibilities include:
• Overseeing the use and operation of Accounting Software Systems within the organization
• Managing financial services using ADP and other relevant tools
• Implementing and maintaining BlackLine and Concur systems for financial operations
• Managing the process of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) within the organization
• Overseeing the execution of core accounting functions
• Managing the accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) processes
• Conducting regular auditing to ensure the accuracy of financial data
• Overseeing billing functions to ensure timely and accurate invoicing
• Ensuring compliance with relevant financial regulations and standards. Requirements • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services
• Familiarity with BlackLine and Concur
• Knowledge of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning
• Ability to handle all accounting functions
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Previous experience in auditing
• Familiarity with billing functions
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• CPA certification is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work in a team environment and manage multiple tasks
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and other accounting principles.
