Pay: $25 - $26 Per Hour – Paid Weekly

Location: Skowhegan, Maine

Schedule: M-F Days

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing administrative support to ensure efficient office operations

• Managing accounts receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking

• Tracking and maintaining purchase orders for accuracy and compliance

• Assisting with month-end closings and financial reporting tasks

Here’s what you need to apply:

• Prior experience with SAP software

• Experience managing receivables, including inventory and commodities

• Background in manufacturing environments
