Heritage Fence Company is looking for an Outside Sales Professional to join our growing team! This role is a great opportunity for a driven individual with preferred experience in the construction industry. We are celebrating 52 years in the Fencing industry and are focused on customer satisfaction, quality craftsmanship and employee engagement and retention.

We service the Residential, Commercial, and Industrial markets in eastern PA, MD, DE, VA, NJ, NY with a focus on all types of Fencing (Wood, PVC, Aluminum, Chain Link, Steel, Temporary, etc) Railings, Wooden & Steel Guide Rails, Dumpster Enclosures, Anti-Climb, Temporary Pedestrian Barriers, Jersey Barriers (PVC & Concrete), Gate Operators, Access Control and much more!
Responsibilities:
- Consistently deliver an exceptional client experience by adhering to our core values
- Prospect and qualify new sales leads with retailers and contractors
- Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers
- Build long lasting relationships with builders and contractors
- Partner with clientgs to recommend and provide quotes on the appropriate products and solutions
- Clarify client's understanding of products and services; answering questions; expediting orders; and offering relevant information
- Proactively (and consistently) reach out to potential customers via e-mail, phone, social media etc.
- Learn and stay on top of fencing trends both residential and commercial, and industry news
- Have a sense of urgency and motivation to meet and exceed goals

Requirements and Skills:
- High School Diploma/GED
- US Citizenship or Working Visa
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role
- Customer service oriented
- Excellent customer service and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong phone presence and listening skills
- Ambitious, accountable, organized candidates with industrial distribution preferred
- Strong computer skills
- Critical-thinker and problem-solver
- Strong math skills
- Ability to pass new hire and random drug test
