This position reports to Global Brand Leader, Aveeno Baby and Johnson's Baby and is based at Skillman, NJ.

Role reports to: Global Brand Leader, Aveeno Baby and Johnson's Baby
Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025.
Travel: 20% Domestic and or International
Pay: Anticipated Base Salary of $160,000 to $276,000

What you will do
We are looking for a talent to join the EH Global Brand Team based in Summit, USA/Skillman, USA, as Senior Marketing Director Baby, EH. The Senior Marketing Director will lead the global strategy for Johnson's Baby, and envisions and builds the 3YOP Innovation Pipeline Vision & strategy and plans to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Johnson's Baby global brand tables with strong outside in focus. The Senior Marketing Director will provide leadership for a cross-functional team of R&D, supply chain, packaging engineering, Design, and marketing leads to develop growth plans based on consumer, category, and competitive data and insights. This person will be a seasoned marketing director with proven track records of working on global brands.

Key Responsibilities
Builds globally a consistent and distinctive brand that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations
Ensures the delivery of winning brand building plans through strong collaboration with the BMCs to address meaningful opportunities and threats as they arise
Establish the strategy, develop and ensure the implementation of, consistent and aligned global comms, content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams
Advances Science of Brand Building capabilities in Kenvue making it a strong organizational muscle
Member of the Baby growth team, defining priority workstreams globally
Ensuring strong collaboration & participation in Global Growth forum as per defined cadence
Envisions and builds the 3YOP Vision & strategy and plans to realize the extraordinary power of everyday care through the Baby global brand tables with strong outside in focus
Shared accountability for business performance including NTS, GP & Share with a strong must win across the BMCs
Delivers globally a consistent and distinctive innovation pipeline that meet and advances the category prototype in close collaboration with key functions in Kenvue, especially the Scientific Organization, Technology, Supply Chain and regional Commercial Organizations
Delivers the global brand pipeline ensuring sufficiency and freshness needs met for the BMCs
Delivers winning innovation launches plans through strong collaboration with the BMCs based on consumer needs. Develops and ensure the implementation of consistent and aligned global innovations together with launch playbooks: content, playbooks (Influencer/HCP/Shopper) consistent with SOBG principles. Delivers through the BMCs and rolls out to rest of world through the deployment teams
Brings the Kenvue Promise to life
Grooms and develops the segment talent of the future (and Global Table) and ensures the team composition reflects the diversity of the communities and consumers we serve
Coach, inspire and develop the team, ensuring the team composition reflects the diversity of the communities and consumers we serve

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, or related field
Experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within a consumer-packaged goods organization
Experience working in a global capacity & collaborating with regional teams
Evidence of leading & growing a large global brand with meaningful sales outside of US. Strong track record of success working with local markets, preferable clout in NA &/or AP
Evidence of having shaped and landed strategic thinking in a complex/multi-factorial environment making the complex simple
Evidence of collaborative shaping with clarity & impact cutting through swirl not afraid to make unpopular decisions
Experience & Influence in leading global E2E cross functional teams
Demonstrated business and cultural understanding of the local markets/regions we anticipate will fuel growth substantial experience working with and managing global teams
Demonstrated experience managing E2E innovation processes and global pipeline development (including creation of breakthrough and/or disruptive innovation) resulting in sustained global brand growth
