What you will do
The Head of Technology, Operations Products is responsible for establishing long-term strategic planning, providing guidance and technical advice to senior management, and ensuring operational success. The role has responsibilities for all SC technology across all SC areas, including Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Distribution, and Returns, along with end-to-end ERP platforms and data cyber security. The role will work with Kenvue's Supply Chain Senior LT, Commercial CIO, Global Technology Services, and all 7 Product Line groups in SC Technology. It is responsible for approximately 100-125 resources and a $125MM operating budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive thought leadership in SC Technology capability across Consumer SC, and enable differentiating SC capabilities as a competitive advantage through innovative technology solutions.
Represent Tech & Data with key Kenvue Supply Chain stakeholders and work across senior business leaders to set/influence supply chain strategy.
Shape and ensure efficient and effective delivery of a global program portfolio that creates value with speed.
Responsible for the strategy, development, socialization, influencing, and approval of business cases for Consumer Business funded technology projects.
Develop and implement innovative supply chain technology strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives.
Lead and manage a team of technology professionals to ensure the successful execution of supply chain technology projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the company remains competitive.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Provide thought leadership and strategic guidance on supply chain technology initiatives to senior leadership.
Develop and implement the overall strategy and long-term planning for the Supply Chain Technology department.
Direct employees' work in highly specialized areas and ensure the development of a competent technical staff that attains goals critical to the company's major objectives.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 15 years of working experience in the consumer healthcare industry
Minimum of 5 years of experience and demonstrated leadership in Business Technology.
Desired Qualifications
Knowledge of leading-edge digital Supply Chain technology and trends
Knowledge of Consumer business and end-to-end distribution
End to end Supply Chain experience
Track record of driving business value through information technology
Track record of working in a regulated industry
Track record of large program delivery
Experience managing large, complex budgets
Experience managing global, multi-location teams
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills, including formal presentation skills; multi-language skill is a plus
Ability to successfully manage multiple critical issues simultaneously
Experience in working with multiple competing stakeholders and priorities
Ability to influence, negotiate and communicate with both external customers and internal stakeholders and across complex matrix organizations
Ability to influence and lead senior leadership teams
