Role reports to: Senior Director, Global Brand Protection

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Remote work options may be considered on a case-by-case basis if approved by the Company.

Travel %: 10

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $97,000 to $166,500. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

Kenvue's Global Brand Protection Team (GBP) is primarily focused on the prevention and mitigation of the risks and impacts posed by the illicit trade of Company products, namely in the forms of counterfeiting, diversion, and tampering. We are a diverse, high-impact, global team, working with cross-functional and external stakeholders. Be part of the action with us!

The Global Brand Protection Team Operations Manager is responsible for managing aspects of the day-to-day business operations of the Global Brand Protection Team including communications, budget, contracting, invoice management, the departmental SharePoint, the departmental calendar, and departmental training. We are looking for a versatile, big-picture strategic thinker who pays close attention to detail and is ready to play an integral role at the center of it all, building content, culture, and community.

Key Responsibilities
Develop impactful and visually compelling communications which tell stories and highlight the work of the GBP team through creative use of photos, videos, presentation slides, and written word. Content is developed for various uses within the team, within the company, and externally.
Lead budget planning and update cycles, track expenses vs. budget, and support contracting and invoice processes.
Support team members to execute strategic work, while providing operational rigor by maintaining and/or developing GBP central processes, keeping the department's SharePoint and/or Teams sites up-to-date and well organized, and managing the departmental calendar.
Maintain the GBP Department Training Program and onboarding process.
Reduce friction for the team to operate by troubleshooting issues which arise while navigating company procedures and helping to connect team members to the right contacts.
Provide timely and effective communications to the GBP team regarding information from the 'center' for the furtherance of the GBP mission and strategy.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
A minimum of a Bachelor's degree or equivalent
A minimum of 6-8 years of overall business experience or 5 years of business experience in departmental Operations Management
Highly proficient communication skills- written, and oral
Highly proficient visual communication skills and use of visual communication tools
Experience budgeting and forecasting, proficient use of Excel
Outstanding time management and organizational skills, including the ability to arrange and make available to the team the information needed to be most effective and efficient, proficient use of Outlook, Teams, and SharePoint.
Adept understanding of key relevant business processes such as financial, procurement, TPI (Third Party Intermediary) Due Diligence, HR, and/or legal billing and record-keeping systems
Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas: operations management, communications, communication design, project management, finance, general management, strategic planning
Ability to work flexibly within a global team across multiple time zones
Holds self to highest ethical standards and maintains compliance to Kenvue Code of Conduct
Must be able to understand, respect, and work within the cultural diversity of the global environment
High degree of independence, resourcefulness, problem-solving, and creativity


Desired Qualifications
Work experience as Business Operations Manager or similar role
A portfolio of visual communications
Familiarity with business and financial principles
Familiarity with AI tools and AI prompting
Great teammate, looks for ways to support team members
