This position reports into the Commercial TA Manager and is based in Skillman, NJ. Remote options will be considered.

Role reports to: TA Manager

Location: Kenvue's corporate headquarters is currently located in Skillman NJ, but is scheduled to move to Summit, NJ in or around early 2025. Remote opportunities will be considered.

Travel %: 10%

Pay: Annual base salary for new hires in this position ranges from $73,000 to $117,300. This takes into account a number of factors including work location, the candidate's skills, experience, education level & other job-related factors.

What you will do

The Commercial Senior Recruiter is responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices, providing complex consulting services to business partner client groups, reporting on turnover and developing strategies that improve employee retention, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of compensation and benefit changes associated with personnel actions, staying current and monitoring changes with regard to labor records, legal compliance, and governmental posting requirements, developing and presenting various compensation, benefit and training programs, and editing and coordinating training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues:

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent for commercial roles

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on the recruitment process

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation

Utilize social media and other creative channels to build a strong employer brand and attract passive candidates

Provide regular updates to stakeholders on recruitment progress and market trends

Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness

Lead and manage a team of recruiters to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies aligned with the business and talent objectives

Partner with business and HR leaders to consult on talent requirements and drive effective and efficient talent acquisition strategy

Develop and implement differentiated Talent Acquisition strategies and diversity talent initiatives for commercial talent priorities

Drive operational excellence throughout the recruitment lifecycle, including data integrity, and adherence to success metrics

Collaborate and influence other HR and functional partners to attract necessary talent for today and tomorrow

Identify sourcing channels, leverage social branding and networking to achieve immediate and long-term talent strategies

Provide complex consulting services to business partner client groups

Develop and present various compensation, benefit and training programs

Ensure equity and consistency in the administration of policies and practices

Report on turnover and develop strategies that improve employee retention

Stay current and monitor changes with regard to labor records, legal compliance, and governmental posting requirements

Edit and coordinate training for employees and leaders regarding human resources issues

Drive a strong talent assessment process and rigor across all hiring teams to ultimately deliver the best talent

Proactively share market and competitive intelligence to inform talent and business decisions for the function

Determine diversity sourcing strategies and sources to advance critical hiring needs

Develop key partnerships with internal People function stakeholders

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

6 years of experience in commercial recruitment or a related field

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field

Proven track record of successfully recruiting top talent for commercial and growth roles at a CPG company.

Strong understanding of the commercial landscape and market trends

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

4 years of experience in full lifestyle recruiting

5 years or more of experience building market intelligence and diversity sourcing

Experience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools

Ability to translate data and insights into strategy. Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail

Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel; experience with Taleo or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system

Desired Qualifications
