Are you ready to take on an exciting new challenge in a greenfield project? We're expanding Stryker's footprint in Skawina and looking for a skilled Engineer to lead our chemical process operations. If you have 3-5 years of experience in chemical processes, especially coatings such as passivation and anodization, we want to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Drive Chemical Processes: Oversee and enhance our chemical processes, focusing on coatings. Prepare for installation, validate, supervise, and improve these special processes.
Technical Support: Provide critical technical support to manufacturing operations, ensuring process and product quality as per OS and Material specifications.
Problem Solving: Utilize structured problem-solving techniques to tackle challenges and improve performance continuously.
Lean Manufacturing: Engage in the implementation of lean manufacturing principles to streamline our operations.
Process Development: Collaborate on technology development and application within our manufacturing processes.
Offer leadership and guidance to Technicians, ensuring smooth process and system troubleshooting.
Documentation and Validation: Support process validation procedures, including PFEMA, Control Plans, SPC, and MSA studies.
Integration: Ensure the seamless integration of new processes with our MES/SAP systems.
What We're Looking For :
Educational Background: minimum a BS in Engineering.
Experience: At least 3 years of experience in implementing and improving chemical processes, particularly coatings and anodization.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in process automation, validation (PPAP), and knowledge of GD&T. Experience with analytical tools like PFMEA, SPC, MSA, and DoE is a plus.
Capability to provide technical direction and leadership to students, technicians, and operators.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process improvement.
Communication: Excellent presentation, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
Autonomy: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Experience working in highly regulated environments.
