A Brief Overview
Responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of the systems, devices, servers, and client systems. Recommends new technologies and infrastructure upgrades to meet organization needs. Acts as a resource and mentor for other IT staff on technical questions, troubleshooting, and system design.
What you will do
Helps develop and modify the Avera system architecture, topology and creates the implementation plans for system software and hardware to ensure compatibility and operability.
Helps design methodology and utilizes software and hardware tools to identify, diagnose, and correct problems affecting system performance.
Interacts with vendors and other Avera sites to coordinate the installation, configuration, and use of multi-site systems.
Maintains quality of service by following organization standards and policies.
Implements and maintains complex systems along with monitoring the implementations to assure proper operation and adherence to standards.
Maintains logs and device inventories, as well as appropriate documentation including but not limited to application notes, drawings, and configuration information.
Actively participates in meetings concerning the evaluation and recommendation of system infrastructure designs and components.
Provides assistance and guidance to peers with day-to-day operations of applications and systems that IT supports.
Proactively and effectively communicate changes within the IT infrastructure to all effected parties.
Follow and document strict testing and deployment methodologies for IT Operations.

Preferred Education, License/Certification, or Work Experience:
Bachelor's in related area.
Technical Certificate Industry recognized certification
4-6 years Related experience and/or training.
