Spherion Staffing Direct Sales Representative in Sioux Falls, South Dakota
[The Direct Sales Representative is responsible for the direct sales of grain equipment products in a designated sales region, providing stellar customer service to new and existing clientele. Degree in sales and 3 years of sales experience preferred.
[Salary $50k+/year DOE
[**Responsibilities:
-Strategically promote and direct sell company products to new and existing customers -Make routine in-person and sales calls to farm businesses in your designated sales region -Complete all sales proposals accurately and present to customers in a timely manner -Continually communicate with existing customers, providing them with our new and existing products -Resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner -Meet or exceed sales targets -Build strong professional relationships and establish trust and rapport with customers -Attend business networking events and trade shows in your region to accumulate new leads -Re-service your existing client accounts periodically and systematically -Collaborate with management team to help identify sales opportunities and strategies -Routine travel to farm and commercial customers (must maintain an insurable driving record) -All other duties assigned
[**Requirements: -Associates or bachelors degree in Sales preferred -Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales preferred -Experience in agricultural and or grain bins preferred -Ability to work independently and be a self-motivator -Organizational and communication skills a must [-Computer skills (e.g. Microsoft products/Excel-Word-Outlook)
