First International Bank and Trust is a family-owned community bank and one of Prairie Business Magazine's 50 best places to work for 10 years running. Our Loan Origination Team is seeking a detail oriented Loan Processor to contribute to our team's ongoing success.
Key Responsibilities:
Understand and identify loan documents pertaining to all types of loan files
Order lien searches and UCC filings for all states
Order flood certifications
Order commercial loan documents in LaserPro
Prepare Notice of Actions
Complete basic loan file maintenance
Assists with various projects and assignments as needed
Actively participate in Digital Team Meetings and strategy sessions, as needed.
Education / Experience:
- Associates Degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; a minimum of two years related experience and/or training (preferably in a loan department; or equivalent combination of education and experience).
