Citigroup VP - Information Security Analyst – Service Management in Singapore, Singapore

The VP - Information Security Analyst – Service Management is a senior level professional who is responsible for driving efforts in delivering security services and ensuring alignment of security operations with ongoing business needs. Additionally, this role demands continuous improvement in service delivery processes. Works closely with various lines of businesses within and outside CISO.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Service Manager in all aspects of day-to-day operations of the security assessments team globally, ensuring adherence to service management processes and providing guidance to the security assessments team.

  • Assist the Service Manager to oversee the overall direction, location strategy, people and talent of Security Assessments globally, ensuring operational efficiency, and defined service levels and customer expectations are met.

  • Act as a conduit for clients and internal stakeholders regarding security assessments.

  • Support local and regional CISO on Cross Border tasks - identify opportunities to automate and standardize information security controls across supported groups. Work with all partner and stakeholder teams on cross border clearance and maintenance tasks and develop procedural implementation and Operations & Reporting team to ensure proper governance and controls exist. Monitors exceptions to dispute policy and identifies drivers of exceptions.

  • Participate in projects related to the enhancement of Security Assessments and other Cybersecurity services.

  • Serve as communications lead on strategy development and execution for internal business messaging.

  • Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and / or other team members.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and align processes and tools.

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years relevant work experience.

  • 5+ years’ experience in financial services.

  • Proficient in Microsoft tools - MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint.

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication.

  • Proven analytical skills.

  • Excellent problem solving skills - ability to see the big picture with attention to critical details.

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement strategy and process improvement initiatives.

  • Experience in Cybersecurity processes preferred.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
