Citigroup VP – Information Security Analyst – Assessment Metrics, Reporting & Analytics Lead in Singapore, Singapore

The VP – Information Security Analyst – Assessment Metrics, Reporting & Analytics Lead is a senior level position responsible for driving efforts in establishing the structure and direction for Security Assessments analytics going forward.

The overall objective of this role is to ensure the execution of InfoSec Reporting and Analytics directives and activities are in alignment with Citi's data security policy.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze reporting and analytics needs for Security Assessments and establish key metrics and reporting requirements.

  • Lead the team in data analysis to ensure data is clean and complete to ensure key metrics are relevant. Work with internal teams and stakeholders to identify gaps in data for remediation and / or enrichment.

  • Lead the team in developing and maintaining reporting and analytics requirements to track and visualize security assessments metrics, risks and trends. Extract and communicate insights from analyses to identify emerging risks, trends, and areas for improvement.

  • Support the development and implementation of risk mitigation strategies based on insights derived from data analysis and reporting.

  • Assist in monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies through the analysis and reporting of relevant metrics.

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis and provide analytical support for special projects, audits, and investigations related Asia Cybersecurity Services and Security Assessments.

  • Identify opportunities to enhance, streamline and align processes and tools.

Qualifications:

  • 6-10 years of relevant experience

  • Proven experience in data analysis and reporting, with a focus on risk management and control metrics.

  • Knowledge of risk management frameworks, regulatory requirements, and control best practices is preferred.

  • Experience working in a financial services or regulated industry is a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Tableau or Power BI.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders.

  • Has the ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.

  • Can exercise independence of judgement and autonomy.

  • Proven influencing and relationship management skills

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

  • Master’s degree preferred
