Job Description
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for manufacturing equipment
Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions
Implement and manage Fault Detection and Classification (FDC) systems to identify and address equipment abnormalities proactively
Collaborate with engineering teams to optimize equipment performance and minimize downtime
Implement and maintain inventory control measures to ensure timely availability of necessary spare parts, minimize losses and reduce lead times
Train and mentor equipment technicians on proper maintenance procedures and certifications
Conduct training sessions for staff on new equipment installations, upgrades, and FDC utilization
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in semiconductor equipment
Proven track record of successfully managing equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment
In-depth knowledge of semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes
Proficiency in troubleshooting and repairing semiconductor equipment malfunctions
Familiarity with industry-specific software for equipment monitoring, maintenance, and FDC
Proven leadership skills in managing a team of equipment technicians
