Job Description

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of complex systems with flawless execution.
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to resolve project requirements and efficiently implement solutions.
Drive technological innovation by developing and testing new systems and components.
Ensure all designs meet outstanding quality standards and align with industry regulations.
Coordinate project timelines and deliverables, ensuring high-reaching goals are met.
Maintain detailed documentation of designs, tests, and processes for future reference.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Consistent track record with at least 10 years of experience in systems design engineering.
Demonstrated architecture skills with models, views, and tools.
Experience as an architect for multiple (multi-site) teams.
Working in a multi-disciplinary environment.
Experience with software development and instrument design.
Knowledge of value stream mapping and reducing cross-team dependencies.
Strong analytical skills to fix and resolve complex issues.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and collaborate with team members.
Demonstrated leadership abilities in leading projects and guiding team efforts.
Relevant professional certifications in systems design or engineering.
Familiar with systems for the purification of water and purification techniques include distillation, deionization, ultrafiltration, reverse osmosis, and UV radiation.
Hands on experience with Milli-Q™ IQ 7000 system or MilliporeSigma™ Direct-Q™ 3 Tap or Barnstead™ GenPure Or similar type of water purification systems.
