Description
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a SMIP Product Manager.
This role will develop and drive growth of the Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension (PAH) portfolio across S ingapore, M alaysia, I ndonesia and P hilippines to ensure that the strategic business objectives are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing plan(s) in alignment with the portfolio's strategic direction and local market dynamics
Ensure operational excellence in managing vendors, promotional budget and sales forecast
Establish relationships with local KOLs, key institutions, professional associations and decision makers
Conduct regular product training, business reviews and sales support activities, including field visits to ensure sales force efficiency and proficiency
Support annual business planning processes and identify leverage points for growth
Collaborate and coordinate with local teams for new product launches to ensure business continuity
Keep up to date on product/disease knowledge, customer and competition
Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Science or a related field
Experience and Skills:
3-5 years of pharmaceutical marketing experience
Has strong marketing planning, prioritization and analytic skills
Ability to apply scientific and medical knowledge
Demonstrate independence and is motivated in being a change agent.
A strong teammate with excellent interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
Able to travel as required
Experience with pulmonary hypertension products will be an added advantage
