Are you ready to encourage more kids to engage with LEGO® play? Join us as a Senior Manager in the Kids GO-to-Market team!

This is a 13-month contract role covering parental leave. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Core Responsibilities

  • Craft tailored OESP marketing activation plans for specific products and franchises appealing to children aged 6 to 12.

  • Deeply understand and implement strategies across various marketing channels that resonate with kids and align with LEGO® brand values.

  • Analyze market trends and cultural variations to ensure the relevance and effectiveness of campaigns in diverse global markets.

  • Collaborate closely with Audience Leads and cross-functional teams to integrate marketing initiatives uniformly across the organization.

  • Apply extensive knowledge of integrated marketing principles to tell compelling brand stories that captivate the target audience.

  • Champion the implementation of innovative marketing solutions that honor local cultural sensibilities while maintaining global brand standards.

  • Provide thought leadership on emerging marketing techniques and channels relevant to the kids' segment.

  • Work under the direction of the Kids Go to Market Senior Director to refine strategies and contribute to overarching marketing objectives.

You will be joining the Integrated Marketing Activation (IMA) team within the Markets & Channels Central Marketing team. Responsible for the orchestration of detailed, multi-channel marketing activation plans, aligning campaign execution with overarching business objectives and ensuring brand consistency while dynamically addressing market-specific gaps. Balancing Consumer Group, IP Partner and Marketing growth ambitions with resource allocation, IMA briefs fit-for-purpose campaigns finely attuned to audience needs, ensuring a seamless integration across Owned, Earned, Shared and Paid (OESP) channels to maximise efficiency.

The Kids Go To Market Senior Manager within the IMA team is instrumental in deepening the LEGO® brand's presence and relationship with children worldwide. Your expertise in adapting marketing strategies to various cultures and regions plays a critical role in expanding our reach and ensuring the continued growth of our iconic franchises in both established and emerging markets.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, International Business, Communications, or related field.

  • Proven experience in crafting and driving marketing strategies for a global children's audience.

  • In-depth knowledge of marketing channel dynamics, particularly those that engage kids aged 6 to 12.

  • Strong analytical abilities, with proficiency in understanding and applying market research and consumer insights.

  • Ability to recognize and respond to cultural nuances in marketing, with a history of success in multi-regional growth initiatives.

  • High proficiency in integrated marketing and campaign management.

  • Excellent communication skills with the talent to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, global environment.

  • Strategic approach that able to operate within the scope of global frameworks while addressing local market specifics.

  • Proven track record of leading + developing informal teams and managing broad senior partner networks.

  • Strong ability to drive strategic direction, meaningful innovation & agile solutions responding to the changing internal/external landscape.

  • Through the line marketing experience: marketing professional with proven experience in adapting, developing innovative + integrated marketing campaigns.

  • Data-driven thinking and strong commercial understanding.

  • Strong track record of turning consumer, shopper and market insights into action.

  • Experience working with FMCG or children's brands, with a focus on educational or entertainment products.

  • Multilingual capabilities that enhance communication across varied cultures.
