Responsibilities

  • Review and assist Business team to review Job opening / PO approvals / Billing drafts approval

  • Prepare and conduct Work In Progress (WIP) with Supervisor, accrued revenue monthly with various stakeholders – Account Servicing and Project Leads. This includes review of unbilled CEs, aged jobs and aged POs in compliance to FMC audit controls.

  • Diligently monitoring actuals revenue vs revenue forecast, commit and actuals reporting on an on-going basis, and flag any discrepancies before month end closing. This include addressing osm matters blocking the WF to enable system to take up revenue.

  • Assist in system revenue analysis to meet monthly landing, troubleshoot system or job creation errors to resolve reconciliation.

  • Work with Singapore and India payment team to support/justify urgent payment requests

Qualifications

  • SAP experience preferred

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of relevant working experience in Creative Agency environment

  • Proficient in double entries and GL entries

  • Candidate must have an open mind to troubleshooting systems, onboard Team outside Finance, not speaking Finance lingo. Ability to communicate any system requirements to operations execution as audience are non-Finance people is key.

  • Ability to think creatively, innovate within the job structure design to ensure system and revenue flow to GL

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Mature, able to multi-task, work independently and as a team with minimal supervision

  • Meticulous, good interpersonal skills and able to work with internal and external stakeholders

  • Able to work under tight deadlines ie. Our month end closing is on ME, last day of the working month
