Job Overview
We are currently looking for a Senior Finance Analyst to join our APAC Regional FP&A team in Singapore. As a member of this team, you will play a vital role in supporting our forecasting, planning, and analysis activities. You will have the chance to work closely with senior leaders, local and regional Finance Teams, and contribute valuable financial insights to guide decision-making and drive business growth.
Job Responsibilities
Support financial analysis for decision support to business partners
Prepare investor relations commentary
Contribute to ongoing finance function improvement projects
Optimize reports, analytics, and business support processes
Deliver standard reporting and performance analytics
Review quarterly reports with business partners
Identify Risks and Opportunities for strategic decision-making
Perform ad hoc reporting & performance analytics
Lead planning templates revamp/enhancement
Ensure P&L/Balance Sheet and Headcount plans are updated correctly
Conduct complex financial, accounting, and planning analysis
Drive continuous improvement activities
Support ad hoc requests/projects
Ensure policies and procedures are followed
Qualifications
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Finance, Accounting, or related field
Strong knowledge of general finance/accounting processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to challenge assumptions and drive continuous improvement
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office
Demonstrated honesty and ethical behavior
Work Location
The Senior Finance Analyst role is based in Singapore.
Travel Requirements
Minimal or no travel is required for this position.
