LinkedIn is looking for a Senior Associate of Business Strategy & Operations as part of the go-to-market strategy and operations on the international Business Operations team focused on LinkedIn Talent Solutions. In this role, you will be part of a team to partner with senior leaders across the go-to-market organization (both regional and global leaders), across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, FP&A, Pricing. This role requires strong analytical skills with solid business experience backed by both intuition and data.
Responsibilities:
Leading and supporting workstreams to solve the most important GTM strategic questions relevant to the LinkedIn Talent Solution business
Driving data-driven analysis and sizing strategic opportunities
Identifying growth and operational leverage opportunities, building the business case for change, and working extensively with multiple stakeholders (both within global business operations teams as well relevant business leaders) to implement these opportunities
Providing thought partnership to regional leaders and business partner teams across the globe on growth, operations, and organization topics
Coaching team members, extending a collaborative team culture, and supporting team members’ development goals
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of general work experience including 2+ years of work experience in management consulting/ strategy consulting or strategy & operations role
3+ years of work experience in Excel, data manipulation, visualization and presentation
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree in engineering, math, statistics, computer science, business or related discipline, or relevant work experience
Experience with SQL
Experience in B2B SaaS business and/or in the tech/ digital space
Experience in developing and driving GTM strategy
Structured thinking: Ability to structure and analyze problems effectively to develop data-driven decisions on strategic business problems, identify new areas of opportunities and demonstrate business impact of recommendations to stakeholders
Stakeholder management experience: Ability to provide a strong, independent voice to push business partners’ thinking while building trust-based relationships across the company to drive alignment
Excellent communication skills: Solid written and verbal communications skills to facilitate discussions and communicate insights with business partners
High-energy, team-first, positive attitude: Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work in a fast-paced environment with little supervision
