The position

By joining our team in Marketing, Midstream & Processing you will have the opportunity to:

  • Provide administrative support including; control plans, system support and protocols to Equinor's Singapore Office.

  • Participate in facilities management and office supplies coordination.

  • Monitor and control general office expenditure.

  • Manage the procurement and renewal of goods and services, vendor contracts and payments.

  • Be responsible for office assets and inventory management.

  • Support the onboarding of new employees.

  • Provide booking support with meeting rooms, internal and external visitors, desk booking systems.

  • Coordinate office events.

  • Provide back-up coverage to reception staff and secretarial duties.

You

  • A polytechnic diploma or bachelor degree with a minimum of 5 years of office management and administrative experience.

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Powerpoint, Word, Office 365.

  • Proficiency with SAP.

  • A strong independent contributor and team player with high level of integrity, strong sense of responsibility and trustworthiness.

  • Conscientious, meticulous and results oriented.

  • Strong organisational and planning skills.

  • Fluency in written and spoken English.

  • A innovative mindset focused on contributing towards efficient improvements.
