You will make an impact through the following:

  • Program Monitoring and Improvement : Regularly monitor learning program performance, gather feedback, and recommend enhancements for continuous improvement

  • Facilitate Collaborative Learning : Facilitate group activities, discussions, and exercises that promote collaborative learning.

  • Effective Communication : Communicate program details to both the team and stakeholders to ensure everyone is informed.

  • Stakeholder Guidance : Actively listen to stakeholders and offer guidance on relevant tools, processes, and trends aligned with their business needs.

  • Organize and Coordinate Learning Events : This involves planning and executing learning events, workshops, and seminars in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Your defining qualities:

  • Sales Program Experience : Exposure to driving sales programs is advantageous

  • Passion for Learning and Empathy : Displays a passion for learning, patience, and a genuine desire to help others succeed.

  • Proficiency in Tools : Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Power BI), AI voice-over/video, and other sales and marketing software.

  • Attention to Detail and Independence : Demonstrates strong attention to detail, prioritization abilities, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.

  • Education and Skills : Holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field. Possesses excellent organizational, project management, communication, and analytical skills.
