The Planner (Asia) is responsible for planning and managing the inventory and OTD across Asia for the assigned business unit. This role provides an opportunity to learn Danaher Business System and lead projects that help elevate customer experience.

This position is part of the APAC Commercial Operations and will be in Singapore, Benoi Sector. Pall envisions a future where our innovation connects, empowers, and embodies humanity to be its best.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Determine optimal finished goods inventory level to achieve OTD (On-Time Delivery) target across Asia for the assigned market using data-driven analysis, mathematical modelling, and sound inventory management fundamentals.

• Manage intercompany freight activities to achieve financial targets.

• Recommend and implement inventory management strategies.

• Create analytical reports related to demand planning and recommend actions to drive improvement embracing the DBS tools.

• Be responsible for the achievement of the APAC Annual revenue target together with sales for the assigned market.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Systematic with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written)

• Commercial acumen combined with a strong desire to provide customer satisfaction.

• Ability to persist through challenges, with a good sense of urgency and ability to prioritize.

• Knowledge of reporting tools (Power BI, Qlik View)

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Process improvement.

• Experience with SAP (MM and/or PP)
