What you will do
The Plan Transformation Project Manager is responsible for managing all project related activities, timelines and track key performance metrics:
Key Responsibilities
Lead the planning and execution of a transformation project, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.
Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.
Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.
Develop, implement, and maintain quality control requirements and processes.
Communicate and enforce business objectives, policies, and procedures to the department.
Recommend revisions to standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with business policies.
Qualifications
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management role.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
Proven track record of successfully managing complex transformational projects
Experience in change management and transformation projects.
Proven ability to manage project risks and issues, and to proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Desired Qualifications
8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
Experience developing and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.
Experience in Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.
Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
