Location: Singapore, Ascent

Travel %: 25-50%

What you will do

The Plan Transformation Project Manager is responsible for managing all project related activities, timelines and track key performance metrics:

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning and execution of a transformation project, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic goals and objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, timelines, and deliverables.

  • Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful project delivery.

  • Manage project risks and issues, and proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.

  • Communicate project status, progress, and risks to stakeholders, including senior leadership.

  • Ensure project deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time and within budget.

  • Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Track key performance metrics and provide regular reports to senior management.

  • Develop, implement, and maintain quality control requirements and processes.

  • Communicate and enforce business objectives, policies, and procedures to the department.

  • Recommend revisions to standard operating procedures and ensure compliance with business policies.

Qualifications

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in project management role.

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex transformational projects

  • Experience in change management and transformation projects.

  • Proven ability to manage project risks and issues, and to proactively identify and mitigate potential roadblocks.

  • Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Desired Qualifications

  • 8-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.

  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire cross-functional teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.

  • Experience developing and implementing process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and tactically.

  • Experience in Agile methodologies and tools is a plus.

  • Ability to lead and manage a team of professionals.
