The Cigna Group Operations Executive in Singapore, Singapore

Position Title: Executive, Operations (Group Insurance)

Job Purpose: The incumbent will be part of the Singapore Operations team who will support the Business Development and Client Management team in all aspects of account acquisition and maintenance to ensure maximum effectiveness of internal processes and communication and guarantee optimum service.

Critical Tasks and Expected Contributions/Results:

  • Act as key contact to brokers and clients for defined book of business in relation to the quotation preparation and implementation setup stage

  • Take ownership of quotations by ensuring internal processes are followed and deadlines are met

  • Provide support to the Business Development team by ensuring that all new and renewal business cases are implemented accurately and in a professional manner

  • Provide pre-sales support in generating quotes and proposals

  • Resolve less complex customer issues

  • Identify process gaps and continuous process improvements across Operations and other teams

  • Maintain Salesforce data record and generate sales reporting

  • Maintain and update process related documents

Experience/Knowledge, Education and Other Requirements:

  • Holder of diploma or above

  • Required insurance certification: HI

  • 3-5 years’ experience in sales administrative functions

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a team environment

  • Used to meeting tight deadlines and managing priorities under pressure

  • Knowledge in Sales/Health Insurance or Brokerage background preferred

  • PC literate - solid knowledge of Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
