Job Description Summary
The Marketing Process Transformation & Integration Director will play a key role in the shaping and advancing the marketing & virtual sales function of the newly formed International Region, which spans diverse zones including AKA, LATAM, Japan, India, Europe and EAGM. This person will drive the analysis of the organization and its processes, build recommendation for future set ups and ways of working and finally the development of lean, standardized processes that will simplify and streamline marketing & virtual sales efforts across the full organization including central, product, global and zone teams with the goal to improve collaboration between marketing and commercial teams and drive efficiencies. The role will also be responsible for embedding these processes across the organization, ensuring accountability and fostering a consistent, efficient way of working as the business grows. The role will focus on building and implementing lean, scalable workflows for marketing and virtual sales operations, defining clear ownership across teams, and ensuring that all marketing & virtual sales activities are aligned with both business objectives and regional needs.

Job Description
Responsibilities
Process Definition & Standardization
Define, own and implement lean, scalable end-to-end marketing & virtual sales processes across the full organization including central, product, global and all zone teams, define and clarify responsibilities and ownership from planning to execution.
Design standardized, lean processes including campaign development (incl. Virtual Sales campaigns), campaign management, lead management, content delivery, and reporting tailored to complex regional needs to ensure consistent execution while maintaining flexibility for local market needs.
Streamline collaboration and workflows across zones with varied maturity levels and go-to-market models (e.g., eCommerce, indirect channels), aligning them with standardized marketing processes.
Designing lean, scalable processes for managing indirect sales channels, ensuring alignment on marketing priorities, and providing partners with the necessary tools and content for effective demand generation and tracking.
Collaboration & Resource Allocation
Establish collaboration frameworks and regular cadences for effective communication across global, central, zone marketing, and product teams.
Work with zone/product marketing leaders to align marketing year plans, allocate resources, and ensure timely campaign briefings.
Act as a bridge between marketing and commercial organizations, fostering alignment through workflows introduced by omnichannel pilots.
Change Management & Accountability
Drive change management efforts to ensure all stakeholders apply and adhere to standardized processes and templates.
Build simple frameworks for ensuring accountability across marketing organization and in collaboration with commercial teams to follow defined workflows.
Hold teams accountable for applying and following the established processes, ensuring they are integrated into day-to-day operations and align with broader business objectives.
Facilitate onboarding and integration for new zones, prioritizing alignment with existing processes.
Define continuous training program to support all teams in understanding and applying with new processes.
Support Collaboration Between Marketing and Commercial Teams
Develop frameworks for marketing and commercial teams to work together more effectively, focusing on shared objectives such as lead generation, customer engagement, and pipeline development.
Ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with commercial priorities by developing joint workflows, tracking lead handoff processes, and aligning on campaign goals and performance metrics.
Implement Central project Management tool
Lead the development and implementation of Adobe Workfront as a central project management tool, driving its adoption across all teams. Collaborate with content creation, analytics, and execution teams in central and zone to build the right features and interface and ensure clarity of ownership, enabling effective campaign planning. execution and reporting.
Work with Global and IT teams as well as Central Operational Team to align platform ownership and integrate all tools and platforms seamlessly.
Budget Oversight and Alignment
- Serve as the central budget owner for the marketing organization across segments and zones, ensuring a comprehensive overview of spend. Regularly collect input from zone teams on marketing investments and map them against business outcomes to drive financial efficiency and accountability.
Continuous Improvement:
Focus on streamlining processes to translate business objectives into actionable marketing objectives, integrated campaigns, and measurable outcomes.
Actively identify opportunities for process optimization, improving cross-functional alignment and workflow efficiency.
Develop operating mechanisms for tracking and reporting on adherence to processes.
Qualifications
Long Standing experience in marketing (content), digital marketing and operations
Strong background and proven success in marketing transformation, change management, process optimization and LEAN management
Change agent with the ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels within an organization
Proven experience in leading cross-functional collaboration and embedding accountability across large, matrixed organizations applying LEAN management principles
Deep understanding of content creation, digital marketing channels and Martech solutions with focus on Adobe Solutions (e.g., Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Workfront) – Virtual Sales understanding is a plus
Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute operationally in fast-paced environments.
Exceptional project management skills with a customer-first mindset paired with high Say/Do ratio
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
Proven business/financial acumen, including demonstrated ability to motivate, influence, solve complex problems
Analytical skills set to understand and create complex analysis and/or business cases.
Experience in the healthcare industry preferred.
Desire to work in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment
Ability to deal with ambiguity, demonstrate strategic agility, manage diversity, assess, eliminate or mitigate risk and drive for results
Ability to work across multiple timezones and accomodate to challenges caused by wide span of timezones
