Core Responsibilities

  • Identify & drive end to end performance and optimization on productivity and quality.

  • Act as a trusted advisor through value-based customer management with open and clear communication.

  • Inspire and drive standardisation and governance of global processes, enabling for further digitalisation and automation.

  • Close collaboration and customer management together with the BSO Center of Expertise projects and other key collaborators.

  • Strong focus on Customer Value, Customer Experience and Problem-Solving activities.

  • Build and develop Continuous Improvement capabilities in BSO.

BSO LCI within Service Experience is part of Business Services Operations. We provide specialist knowledge, strive for process and operational excellence across business areas with focus on end-to-end processes. Our aspiration is to support the LEGO Group to become better, faster and cost effective by championing and inspiring for business improvements by leading and enabling improvements and problem-solving activities.

Do you have what it takes?

  • Extensive experience with process and operational excellence, leadership direction setting, optimisation and management.

  • A high level of continuous improvement, coaching and problem-solving skills with strong motivation for doing it a bit better every day.

  • Analytic & data understanding with experience on how to use the insight for continuous improvements & problem solving.

  • Good understanding of what it takes to deliver a good experience from a user perspective, including creating user / experience journeys.

  • Organisational clout and the ability to negotiate as well as set non-negotiable demands.

  • Validated project and change management skills.

  • Proven strong leadership skills and toolset being a great teammate.

  • End to End process attitude and understanding of business processes in a company with a global footprint and multi-cultural environment.

  • Result oriented and able to succeed by building a motivated and engaged team through strong indirect leadership.

  • Strong communication, facilitation, and training skills.#LI-SW1
