Responsibilities
Assist Cell Leaders in day-to-day manpower planning and output execution.
Conduct time study and provide analytical recommendations for process improvement.
Develop Standard Work for deliverables for each shift work.
Assist in creating visual factory improvement on cell level to drive efficiency and productivity.
Enhance workflow and streamlining of process in operation department.
Involved in cross-functional alongside EHS & QA departments in continuous improvement projects.
Support Operations department in day-to-day task or as required.
Requirements
Diploma / Undergraduate in Aerospace / Mechanical / Materials Engineering or related engineering fields.
Proficient in MS Office
Data Analytics skills in using various software is a plus.
Keen interest in understanding the Aerospace MRO industry.
Learning Outcome
Exposure to Aerospace MRO industry, Engine Center / Component Repair / Manufacturing.
Learning continuous improvement tools (CORE – Customer Oriented Results & Excellence).
Learn about operation planning and management,
Understand the different roles and how it plays its part in the organization.
