Aerospace Intern assists his supervisor through engagements with various stakeholders. He/She will work independently and as a team to meet the high demand of quality, safety, and output requirement.
Specific Role Responsibilities
To support site CORE/Lean and Continuous Improvement activities that include:
Time observations studies (SWCS)
Visual Factory Standardization and 5S
Shopfloor Management (Tier Meetings, Visual Boards, Andon, etc)
Site CORE assessments
CORE Kaizen events (Least Waste Way, QCPC, etc)
CORE communications & engagements
CORE deployment
CORE Training
Business Process Automation
Requirements
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, programming
