Job Description Summary
Responsible for the definition, establishment and execution of the W2W indirect service operations strategy across AKA.
Indirect Service operations manager will play a key role in driving operational excellence, customer experience and profitable revenue growth for Channel Partners through the coordination of resources and efforts among and between channel partner and services teams.

Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Partner with product and country teams to define indirect service delivery & go-to market strategy.
Collaborate with commercial team to define channel operations target; help identify opportunities and vulnerabilities.
Formulate and drive key operational metrices impacting growth, customer experience, EHS, FMI, quality and compliance.
Partner closely with Technical Operations team to ensure alignment of channel partner's technical capabilities as per Quality and Compliance requirements.
Performance reviews, define recovery plans as needed.
Onboarding & Offboarding management for channel partners
Stabilize and optimize the Indirect Distribution Service Center (IDSC/CP Portal) by identifying opportunities on process and platform improvement.
Collaborate with technical, global process owner and other related teams for continuous improvement and standardization.
Collaborate with different regions for knowledge and best practice sharing.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college with minimum 6-8 years of experience in operations or relevant field
Clear thinker, takes initiatives, self-starter, accountable and responsibility for own work.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills
Desired Characteristics
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Experience in indirect channel management
Proven leadership and effective decision-making capabilities
Demonstrated experience in leading multicultural and remote teams
