Your day at NTT DATA

As a Global Field Marketing Manager at NTT Global Data Centers in the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, your role would be critical in running and supporting various events and field marketing activities across the APAC region. You’ll be responsible for planning, executing, and managing events that support NTT GDC’s visibility and engagement with targeted audiences, working closely with sales in the region and globally to drive opportunity creation and sales acceleration for the data center

business.

This role will also work with the global marketing teams to implement and execute marketing campaigns to drive NTT GDC brand awareness and account engagement at the country level in key markets across APAC. Responsible for driving key marketing metrics and reporting performance for all aspects of marketing in the APAC region.

What you'll be doing

Essential duties & responsibilities

  • Annual marketing plan - Develop the region marketing plan and activities in conjunction with region sales leaders and global marketing teams.

  • Execute global campaigns – Work closely with global campaigns teams to implement and execute marketing campaigns in key APAC markets and provide reporting and analysis ongoing for all campaigns and programs.

  • Event Management – Manage and run all key marketing and sales events in region, working with sales teams to manage attendance, speaking engagements and measurement for all key APAC events.

  • Sales Acceleration – Work closely with sales teams to develop new programs and activities as needed to support sales acceleration and drive closed business for all APAC sales teams.

  • Budget Management – Work with global marketing teams to create and manage all marketing spend in APAC region, with support for tracking and analysis of ROI on all marketing spend.

  • Content Creation – work closely with product teams to ensure that all region related sales and product content for APAC region is up to date and available for sales and marketing teams.

  • Market Research – Act as region expert for data center market information, including competitors in region, competitive marketing programs and presence at events and other activities in APAC region.

  • Marketing analysis and reporting – Develop and deliver monthly marketing reports to track and report on marketing ROI for all programs and campaigns executed across the region, working closely with global teams to ensure alignment for all metrics.

  • Performs other related tasks as required.

  • Advanced knowledge of marketing, digital marketing, and data-driven decision making.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing Management or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10 years’ experience in marketing and working on global teams

  • Advanced proven work experience as a Field Marketing Manager.

  • Advanced hands-on experience with marketing service delivery software.

  • Marketing automation tools – Eloqua, Marketo, Pardot or equivalent

  • CRM tools – SFDC

  • Power BI, Domo, or equivalent analytics tool.

  • ABM/Intent tools – Lead Forensics, Terminus, Demandbase or equivalent

  • Microsoft Office/365

Work conditions & other requirements

  • Remote Working environment with 10% Travel

  • Perform work during Global business hours and time zones.
