Overall purpose of job:
The SEAI FP&A Manager is a key team member of the SEAI Finance team and plays a critical role in supporting SEAI business strategies, driving performance, and keeping an overview of SEAI financials. You will be responsible for leading and managing the reporting and planning processes for the entire SEAI cluster, providing financial leadership to the growth and profitability initiatives of SEAI markets. You will work closely with SEAI Finance and SEA HQ, and be required to have strong relationship with Regional Finance and Tax/Treasury/GTAAS. This role is expected to have high engagement in cross functional projects.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Business Partnering
Strong business partnership with SEAI Finance Team, SEA HQ, Regional Finance and Corporate Finance
Influence business leadership in strategic and financial decision-making
Overall responsibility of end-to-end financial planning, reporting and analysis including external partnership brands (CAR-T, Imbruvica, etc)
Provide constructive challenges and champion value creating growth opportunities
Supervise performance against business plan commitments
Participate actively in Regional Finance initiatives
Financial Planning & Review
Lead and responsible for financial planning for LRFP, business plan, including market updates and trends. In addition to the overall coordination and consolidation, this includes insightful financial analysis and scenario-thinking to drive strategic prioritization.
Lead the periodic financial performance reviews & budget variance analysis providing an overview of performance to the Management team and regional leadership teams.
Actively contribute to commercial decision-making process, including target setting and resource allocation/trade-offs
Compliance
- Ensure compliance with the J&J WW financial, HCBI, Business Conduct procedures and drive accountability throughout the organization
People Management
Actively champion and ensure collaboration between all Finance pillars
Demonstrate curiosity, ability to develop a perspective on business, influence outcomes and an agile learning attitude (test, learn and adapt)
Other Finance Strategic initiatives
- Deliver Global Finance agenda including supporting SIGNIFI program.
Qualifications
Essential knowledge and skills:
Bachelor of Accountancy/Finance with minimum 8 years of experience in business partnering Finance roles.
MBA / Professional certification (e.g. ACCA/CA/CPA/CMA) will be a plus.
Strong communication, presentation, and inter-personal skills.
Pharm industry knowledge is a plus
Performance driven approach, results orientated and a track record of financial and analytical skills.
Trusted business partner with excellent communication, influencing and framing skills are required.
Must demonstrate and embody agile leadership, a team-player mentality and collaborative working style
