Responsibilities
Assist in implementation of RTX Environment, Health and Safety (EH&S) program requirements
Develop and establish inspection system using Qualtrics or EHS Smart system
Coordinate EH&S training and SAP TEM records
Participate in new technology or production improvement project
Sustainability (energy, water and waste)
Implement Best Management Practices in Sustainability
Report sustainability metrics on energy, water and waste
Assist to identify and evaluate business case for sustainability projects
Safety and Health
Assist engineers in risk assessment and evaluation of compliance
Develop safety awareness communication materials
Plan for emergency response drills for fire, spills, confined space rescue
Coordinate medical examination and industrial hygiene assessments
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Engineering (any discipline) or Applied Sciences
Proficient in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
Training will be provided for propriety computer software and required EH&S programs

Understanding of injury prevention programs and sustainability practices in a manufacturing environment
