Job Description

Position Summary:

As the PPI Business System Continuous Improvement Leader for the SEATW region, you will have a crucial role in driving profitable growth, enhancing the customer experience, and boosting employee engagement. In this position, you will work closely with key partners to promote a continuous improvement attitude within our commercial and function teams. You will develop a roadmap and future state for the PPI (Practical Process Improvement) system, ensuring it aligns with our cultural progression. Moreover, you will lead important PPI projects to enhance end-to-end value streams, using advanced technologies and efficient methodologies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead SEATW Commercial and functional teams in driving commercial excellence and continuous improvement through the PPI Business System

  • Optimize processes to enhance the customer experience, drive profitable growth, and improve efficiency

  • Analyze processes and data to identify new projects and maintain a project funnel to meet productivity goals

  • Develop connections between functional teams and key partners to accelerate improvement outcomes

  • Promote a culture that encourages continuous improvement and problem-solving at all levels within the organization.

  • Provide training, coaching, and support to sponsors, champions, and teams to ensure sustained system improvements

  • Collaborate with business leadership and PPI steering committees to drive culture change and further develop the PPI Business System

  • Facilitate transformation efforts (Kaizen events, Value Stream Mapping, projects) to deliver key performance indicator and profit & loss improvement results

  • Implement a Lean Management System and conduct training for leadership and employees

  • Communicate success stories and promote the adoption of continuous improvement methodologies

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in engineering, science, operations, or business

  • Strong social skills and the ability to positively influence leadership and all levels of the organization

  • Experience with end-to-end selling cycles and improving customer experience

  • Skills for business, marketing, sales, and functional teams

  • Proven track record of implementing successful TPS (Toyota Production System) fundamentals and lean tools

  • 2+ years of operational excellence experience, preferably in a non-manufacturing environment

  • Lean Six Sigma GB/BB and/or Project Management Certification

  • Strong interpersonal and presentation abilities

  • Comprehensive understanding of multi-functional processes and financial business methods
