Client Development and Marketing Executive, Asia

We are seeking a talented and motivated Client Development and Marketing Executive with 3+ years of experience to join our operations in Singapore in this newly created role. With new leadership in place both in Asia and within the marketing organization, now is an exciting time to join Sedgwick. You will play a crucial role in planning and executing tactical client and marketing initiatives to continue growing and promoting our nine offices across Asia. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, possess a strong grasp of current marketing tools, and have the ability to build relationships across a wide range of countries and cultures.

Responsibilities:

Client Development

• Assist in documenting client plans both across Asia and within the nine offices to support annual growth goals.

• Conduct client research and pitching activities as required.

• Support various client activities, including but not limited to preparing sales materials and presentations, organizing meetings, and maintaining client records on Microsoft Dynamics.

Marketing:

• Collaborate with internal production teams to create and maintain marketing collateral, such as brochures.

• Maintain the marketing activity calendar for Asia, including events, sponsorships, awards, and PR.

• Work with subject matter experts to produce thought leadership and content (e.g., blogs) to support and promote our brand in Asia.

• Manage large-scale events from venue selection to logistical delivery, maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders and external agency and vendor partners. This includes both our proprietary events and our attendance at industry events.

• Support ad hoc requests, including writing, digital, and campaign work.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields or equivalent.

• 3+ years of experience in a client development and/or marketing role, preferably in a regional or international context.

• A proven track record of delivering marketing projects and client plans effectively.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional and international teams.

• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, acting with a sense of urgency.

• Proficiency in using marketing tools and techniques to support business goals.

Requirements:

• Strong English and Mandarin language skills, with the ability to write effectively and work with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.

• Excellent attention to detail with a meticulous approach to work.

• Proactive problem-solving abilities and strong initiative.

• Availability to attend occasional events and conferences outside regular working hours.

• Familiarity with marketing and CRM tools such as Microsoft Dynamics.
