UL, LLC Business Development Manager, AHL in Singapore, Singapore
Manage and coordinate major customer opportunities across the Appliances, HVAC, Lighting, and Water industries in the ASEAN region.
Build and maintain relationships with ley external stakeholders, including industry associations, government agencies, and demand drivers.
Develop business cases for new services to drive incremental growth, including capital/resource investment analysis and ROI articulation.
Collaborate with Product Managers to lead the development, competitive analysis, and launch of new services, including pricing and go-to-market strategies.
Work with Marketing and internal teams to create sales enablement tools and execute launch strategies effectively.
Regularly engage with customers and industry stakeholders to understand market, technology, and regulatory trends, ensuring alignment with customer needs.
Support the development of long-term industry growth strategies, goals, and plans in collaboration with leadership.
Focus on customer satisfaction, account expansion, and sustaining loyalty for key accounts, while supporting other account managers as needed.
Address urgent and sensitive customer issues promptly and professionally.
Prepare and coordinate executive presentations and de-briefings.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, with 5 - 8 years of experience in marketing, sales, or account management.
Proven expertise in negotiating, acquiring, and managing high-value customer accounts.
Strong business acumen with the ability to create detailed business cases, including market opportunities, value propositions, resource and investment needs, and ROI forecasts.
Exceptional sales skills, with a strategic, value-driven approach to engaging senior-level stakeholders.
in-depth knowledge of the Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) industry in the ASEAN region.
