We are looking for someone with:
8-10 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in training or sales within the High Net Worth (HNW) segment, specifically dealing with financial or insurance products.
CMFAS certification is required. Preferred professional designations include AFP, CFP, DPFP, or ChFC.
Strong communication skills and proven experience in delivering training sessions.
Ability to effectively collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders.
Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and web-enabling tools such as Canva.
Experience in using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and creation of online content will be an advantage.
On the job you will:
Develop training curriculum materials pertaining to HNW products, upskilling of HNW knowledge and skills-set.
Undertake effective HNW training for various distribution channels including agency / banca (bank partners) & LFAs.
Develop training materials & work closely with various internal & external stakeholders to ensure successful HNW product launches & follow up.
Driving HNW initiatives collaborating with various departments/teams to drive for desired results & outcomes.
Provide soft skills training to boost competencies of HNW reps in the areas of Legacy & Estate Planning, Business insurance planning etc.
Work with relevant parties to drive ad-hoc initiatives & provide customized training support etc.
Handing HNW enquiries & administrative support on LMS for online learners.
