A day in the life of...

  • Develop new leads for chain accounts and managing of the top accounts within the channel.

  • Deliver sustained growth in B2B HORECA channel by working closely with distributors to expand sales and market share with existing accounts by devising and implementing effective sales strategies, fostering and maintaining robust client relationships.

  • Identifying potential key accounts and acquiring them with our products, with planned strategies to grow the channel business and continue to build relationships.

  • Innovate and collaborate with key accounts bolstering the profitability and market presence of the company's food and beverage offerings.

  • Create and execute account strategies that gives the company and the key accounts a leading competitive edge in the market. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

  • Partner with internal and external stakeholders to identify new opportunities for growth or/and to win customers, hit targets and make the channel a success

  • Engaging the right people and decision makers constantly to innovate, run tactical promotions together and list in permanent products.

  • Keen understanding of industry trends, to identify gaps in the B2B marketplace and develop plans to conquer the gaps in the market.

  • Ensured accuracy of forecasting plans and prepared stock estimates for the year ahead.

  • Involved in Integrated Commercial Planning for channel delivering rolling 18-month commercial plans and execute strategies & standards within framework developed by Channels & Category Sales development

  • Review and renewal of contracts with key HORECA customers

What will make you successful

  • Minimum Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related discipline

  • Minimum 3-4 years of sales / distributor management

  • Experience in FMCG / Food & beverage products/Food service/ Sales
