As Asia Sales Development Manager, you will be the driving force in advancing and operationalizing Asia’s Healthcare Business Group’s (HCBG) CRM ecosystem and operating rhythm, sales excellence strategy and strategic priorities; managing multiple workstreams and interfacing with cross-functional teams to unleashing growth through increased effectiveness and efficiency.

As an Asia Sales Development Senior Specialist/Manager, you will have the opportunity to enable sales effectiveness by:
Leading sales excellence and CRM engagement across all divisions, areas and markets
Enabling accelerated growth and improved sales efficiency across the global business through improved processes and efficient deployment of sales productivity tools
Empowering teams and leadership to make more agile and insightful decisions
Managing CRM standard of rules engagement, reporting and analytics, marketing campaigns and ROI, sales pipeline reviews, and sales and account plans
Supporting sales organization on CRM education, upskilling and accountability and support global Key Account Management training program
Conduct sales training and coach sales to improve overall effectiveness of selling skills
Track effectiveness of sales training
Improving Key Account Management (KAM) process definition and execution
Consulting on sales coverage model development/ optimization
Accelerating Sales & Marketing Partnership (SMP) sales side execution and accountability
Driving effective Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL) execution
Leading other strategic programs for the Marketing & Sales Center
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Ten (10) years of combined experience in Sales, and Sales/Marketing operations in a private, public, government or military environment
Three (3) years of experience in using, managing and/or analyzing CRM system
Five (5) years of sales training experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
MBA or Master’s degree preferred
Experience with sales reporting tools and Microsoft Power BI
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
CRM system experience
Cross-functional team leadership experience.
Strong project management experience, including strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to prioritize work independently and manage multiple programs
Well-developed presentation skills
Experience in driving operational excellence with cross-functional teams
Strong interpersonal skills with proven success building relationships across all levels, internally and externally.
Success in building relationships across all levels
Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-country, cross-division, and cross-functional teams and influence business outcomes. Demonstrated ability to work cross multiple time zones.
Ability to operate in ambiguous environments with capability in dealing with complexity and ambiguity
