CBRE, a leading global provider of integrated facilities and corporate real estate management, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Quality and Compliance Manager to oversee the APAC region.

As the Quality and Compliance Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer quality and compliance with GxP services delivered across the sites under your responsibility. You will manage a team of 3-5 direct reports in the realm of real estate and facilities management.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and management of the Quality Management System (QMS) across the APAC region, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.

  • Actively participate in quality-of-service delivery for regulated services provided by CBRE and subcontractors in the facility and real estate management sphere.

  • Interface with the Client's Quality Assurance team to support routine quality assurance and quality control operations.

  • Collaborate with CBRE Excellence Centers on Quality Events, CAPAs, Change Controls, and Root Cause Analysis processes.

  • Provide local support by ensuring timely and quality inputs to CBRE Excellence Centers for these processes.

Major Accountabilities/Tasks:

  • Oversee the day-to-day quality and compliance aspects with the operations team at one or more account sites.

  • Monitor GxP operations at each site to ensure compliance with local and global regulatory standards and client-specific requirements.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client teams and subcontractors regarding training and compliance matters.

  • Drive self-inspection programs and vendor management initiatives within the facility and real estate management context.

  • Provide leadership and support to the project team to ensure consistency in approach and standards.

  • Ensure all master service agreement and quality agreement deliverables are executed in accordance with contract terms.

  • Conduct Gemba walks and GxP performance management activities, fostering a quality culture within CBRE and subcontractor on-site teams.

  • Lead, analyze, define, execute, and implement project plans in collaboration with project teams.

  • Perform vendor qualification, including surveys and risk assessments of potential vendors.

  • Report on project progress and vendor qualifications to the Quality Leadership Team, escalating issues as necessary.

  • Define and implement processes, procedures, and related documentation for continuous improvement in project management and vendor qualification.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent related work experience.

  • Minimum 5+ years of related work experience, preferably within a quality organization in the Life Science Environment, Pharma, Cosmetics, or Food Industries.

  • Minimum ISO 9001 certification required.

  • Proven leadership experience in facilities management or real estate is essential.

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and make informed decisions.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Strong leadership skills to establish and maintain high standards.
